Use of the site www.calip-group.fr implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The site is normally accessible at all times to users. CALIP Group may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance, and will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of such work.

The site is updated regularly by Raphaëlle MOSQUET. Likewise, the legal notice may be modified at any time, and remains binding on the user, who is invited to consult it as often as possible.

5.  Intellectual property and infringement 

CALIP Group owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use for all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written permission of CALIP Group.

CALIP Group shall also not be held liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the site.

7.  Personal data management 

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L.226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the site, the following data may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s access provider, and the user’s IP address.

CALIP Group only collects personal data necessary for the services offered on the site. The user provides this information knowingly, in particular when entering it manually. Users are informed whether providing this information is mandatory or optional.

In accordance with articles 38 and following of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, all users have the right to access, rectify and object to personal data concerning them, by sending a written, signed request, together with a copy of an identity document bearing the holder’s signature, and specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information collected via the site is published, exchanged, transferred or sold without the user’s knowledge. Only a takeover of CALIP Group could allow such data to be transferred to the acquirer, who would be bound by the same obligation of data protection.
